What does Okty do?
Okty helps enterprises get ready for digital transformation. In a focused project, our consultants and an AI interviewer map how the work in your core business processes really runs and show where time and effort are lost, within weeks. Afterwards your team keeps the platform we worked in, so the maps stay current.
How is Okty different from a traditional consultancy?
A traditional engagement usually ends with a report. Okty's AI interviewer speaks with the people who do the work in parallel, next to your documents and systems, so more of the organisation is heard in less time. When we finish, your team keeps working in the platform, so what we mapped stays current instead of ageing from the day it is delivered.
How is it different from process mining or a process management tool?
Process mining reconstructs processes from event logs, so it only sees work that systems already record. Process management tools give you software and leave the analysis to your team. Okty starts from your documents, your system data and the people who do the work, and our consultants carry out the analysis with you.
How long does a first project take?
The process map and the roadmap of one full department are ready within three weeks. The onboarding engagement runs up to six weeks, because it also covers handover to a process owner on your side.
How is Okty priced?
The onboarding project has a fixed scope and fee, agreed before we start. The platform has one fixed monthly price. Both are priced on the processes, documentation and AI usage in scope, never per seat. Prices are given on request.
Does Okty change anything on its own?
No. Every suggested change waits for sign-off from the process owner, and every finding links back to its source.
Where is our data stored, and is it used to train AI models?
Customer data is stored in the EU. Some AI processing currently runs outside the EU, and EU-only processing is available on request. Our AI providers operate under zero data retention terms and do not use customer content to train their models.
